Keep L.O.V.E. Present (KLP) introduces a robust system of curriculums, professional development, social interventions, and self-growth strategies developed by Brother Naim S. Muslim and the KLP Group to impact individuals, corporate entities, schools, and government municipalities leading with the concept of L.O.V.E. To understand the etiology and evolution of KLP one must go back to the ’90s and the “Stop the Violence” movement that was popular across many U.S. urban cities at the time. 

As local community pastors, community leaders, and politicians focused on how can we “Stop” violence; Brother Naim made a statement and asked a different question. – “When we stop the violence, what shows up? LOVE was the response. Brother Naim then said let’s stay right there. Then came the question. How can we “Keep L.O.V.E. Present?” This paradigm shift incited the desire to work at building and growing positive actions.

KLP etiology can be applied globally. Strategic and practical/pragmatic in nature, it restores, universal inherent, nascent, primal, celebratory, loving discernment. Empirically proven, this state of being affects historical, evolutionary changed individual paradigms, that manifests into action, becomes contagious, saves lives; nations. Prime examples being Gandhi, and aforementioned Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

This approach parallels Dr. Martin L. King Jr.’s infamous quote, - “Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only Light can do that”, which compliments KLP. What one thing in history brings the biggest light? L.O.V.E.! At that moment Keep L.O.V.E. Present was born and has evolved over the past several decades into a cohesive system that is changing the world, one person, one community, one organization at a time. 

The mission of KLP is to inspire a world where L.O.V.E. is naturally exchanged, instinctively spoken, shared, expressed, and lived heart to heart…beginning with preschoolers and elementary-age children. (or ages 1-10).

The vision of KLP is to brand a conversation (discussion/expression and thoughts) and lifestyle (habits/attitudes and behavior) of L.O.V.E. on the hearts, minds, souls, spirits, and lips of people and social media, via…TV, radio, magazines, billboards, schools, community centers, celebrities, musicians, politicians, community leaders, children’s TV shows such as Sesame Street, PBS, award shows, etc.

Keep L.O.V.E. Present provides you with a satisfying and productive guide that allows you to become the light in your life as well as a beam in the lives of your family, village, and the universe. It easily rivals the energy of “The Purpose Driven Life” and is as redundant as the cliché’ “just do it” or “I’m loving it”.

In addition, it disappears “Stop the Violence.” L.O.V.E. is everywhere and can be applied to all things…most importantly…it is universally understood and free for the giving and taking! A WORD FROM THE KEYPER OF KLP…. NAIM MUSLIM

1) My personal testimony is that in my authentic commitment to practice KLP I became aware of who I really am and who I am created to: “BE.” I have discovered that I am free to “BE.” To create, live and L.O.V.E.

2) I am the parent portal of this conversation KLP that many people have embraced. It has caused me to confront myself at the core level. It is causing me to grow in ways I did not know I could or even needed to. I have found that the strength in this conversation is spiritual and can be apply to any reality.
